Mario Gutierrez is an artist who is himself a passionate world traveler. His art reflects the many experiences he has had and the important people who have inspired him along the way.

Born in Honduras, Mario’s passion for European architecture attracted him to the diversity of the European continent itself. Soon he found himself joining other artists such as Salvador Dali and Pablo Picasso in his love for Barcelona where he currently lives.

His hours each day are spent drawing buildings, streets, bridges, and cities throughout Europe. The diversity gives him a powerful elemental inspiration, and his masterful acrylic techniques helps him express what he has inside.

Beautiful examples of Mario Gutierrez’s love for architecture include the Bishop’s Bridge in the Barri Gótic or Gothic Quarter of Barcelona, The artistic main road there called The Ramblas, and the Chain Bridge in Budapest.
