The search for meaning within the cosmos is inherent in each vivid composition by Spanish artist Joan Parramon. Since 2012 his artistic expression has sought to portray the deep and abstract emotions of his own internal world.
Parramon’s work also offers an evocative space for exploring our own internal worlds through the abstract experience of viewing mixed colors and shape. ,

Joan Parramon
In 1980 Joan Parramon ented the school and workshop of artist Gonzalo Beltran. He was so impressed and inspired that he would stay there every day for more than three years.
More that 40 years later in 2012 Parramon found his work shift towards the abstract. Through his blend of different materials such as acrylic and mother-of-pearl Parramon continues to incorporate the traditional and the experimental into his work today.
As a world renowned artist Parramon is is collected internationally. His works have been exhibited in the United States, France, South America, and galleries near his home in Barcelona Spain.
One of those galleries is our very own Centro Cultural Montjuic gallery in Barcelona. We are forever grateful to him for allowing us to show his work and for seeing him in person during our events. Eres una bendición Joan Parramon!
