Carlos Gorrindo Lasheras is a contemporary artist and illustrator living in Getafe, Madrid. His most recent work is fantastic book about his hometown of Novallas, Zaragoza-Spain entitled Arte en Novallas.
Lasheras displays a masterful use of oil on canvas. His work has won numerous awards since 1971 and has been shown at multiple exhibitions for over 50 years. From a young age Lasheras was a master at creating beautiful posters and this eye for design led him to a long professional career dedicated to art.
Carlos Gorrindo Lasheras has been an Art Director since 1975 including the Art Director for Repsol Magazine in 1982. He has also founded multiple design studios as well including GSV Design Studio and Azira 3 Design Studio in the 1980s. In 2001 he was the co-founder of the Free Association of Artists of Moncayo (ALAM).
